About Hannah

I am a Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist and have been practicing since 2014 when I graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc Hons degree. I have a special interest in working with children with Deafness and Hearing impairment and Developmental Language Disorder. I have attended Shape Coding (expressive language therapy tool) level one training and am due to attend the level two course in the next few months.

I have experience of working within mainstream primary and secondary schools and with preschool children in community clinics. I currently work in the NHS along side my private work.  I have experience of working with children with a range of difficulties, including: Autism Spectrum Disorder, Deafness and Hearing Impairment, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Language Disorder.

I work in close liaison with school staff, medical and therapy colleagues in a multidisciplinary way in order to provide the best outcomes for the children I support.

I am originally from Liverpool and have been living and working in London for the last 3 years. When I'm not spending time working with Stacey and the team at Feed Eat Speak I enjoy spending time with my nephews and niece. I am constantly surprised by the language they use and the stories they tell me. In my spare time I also enjoy going to the gym and playing netball. I'm an avid reader and lover of music.
