Hi, I’m Stacey!

I am in a unique position as a lactation consultant and feeding and swallowing specialist speech therapist, but also as a mother to my little ones who has breastfed, pumped, weaned to solids and who is now navigating the fussy eating years! I am well placed to provide you with the answers to those niggling questions as well as share evidence based, practical tips and tricks that work!! I will share my specialist insights into your concerns, doubts, challenges and provide you with the knowledge you are seeking.

As a breastfeeding mother myself…

I was quite surprised to find that I wasn’t at all prepared to know what to expect with breastfeeding past those first few days that they teach on your antenatal course. Since building a lively and engaged social media community, I have discovered that I am not alone here. Hundreds of mothers ask me questions regularly on reoccurring topics as they progress on their breastfeeding journey.

When I started solids with my babies….

I couldn’t believe how much information there was out there about what to do but more importantly how much of it was conflicting and not factually correct! As I continued to support my littles with their eating I found a big gap in information about how to help parents to navigate fussy phases and the picky years. This is why I am committed to offering accessible online courses for all stages of your feeding journey.

I have 20 years of experience…

supporting thousands of families to feed their babies and children and I am committed to getting good quality, evidence-based information out there. You can be sure that my courses have been put together with the dedication and passion that I bring to my families and work daily.
